NOTHING makes this kid laugh harder than Roscoe P.. He tries to nudge his bone to Tanner every night wanting him to play fetch. Tanner thinks it's hilarious.

You sure can tell he's been eating all his orange veggies lately. Does he still look like a 'baby'? I think this picture makes him look like a little boy.
